Gallus is capitalizing on the extraordinary flexibility afforded by the Xcellerex FlexFactory, along with the extensive manufacturing experience of Gallus’s team, to provide innovative solutions for established as well as development-stage biopharmaceutical companies.
Gallus has capabilities for mammalian cell culture and protein purification in batch, fed batch and perfusion modes. Gallus currently has 5 manufacturing suites. Suites 1-3 have cell culture at 500L scale. Each suite can accommodate up to 3 bioreactors per suite. Suite 4 has capabilities for both stainless steel (4 X 500L) and disposable bioreactors (2 X 2000L). Suites 1–4 are dedicated to late stage and commercial manufacturing. Gallus' recently completed Suite 5, Clinical Services Suite (CSS), operates the Xcellerex FlexFactory at up to 2 X 2000L with appropriate downstream scale operations. CSS is available for Phase I to early Phase III manufacturing. Dedicated customer ownership of a facility design of your choice in the Gallus "SuiteSPACE™" model is also available up to 4 X 2000L.
